We’re hiring an Install Admin in New Orleans to keep our HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and generator jobs moving smoothly across multiple Louisiana parishes.

What You’ll Do as an Install Admin:
- Coordinate and schedule HVAC and Generator installations between installation team and customers
- Register installed equipment and warranties with necessary venders
- File all permits for HVAC, heating, electrical, plumbing, and generator installations & repairs throughout Orleans, Jefferson, St. Tammany, and surrounding parishes
- Pay permit fees accurately and on time
- Coordinate inspection scheduling with customers, parish inspectors, utilities, and our Keefe’s rep when needed
- Provide real-time permit status updates to sales, production, and customer service teams
- Update and maintain customer files in CRM
- Help homeowners get their AC, plumbing, electrical, and generator projects completed without delays
Requirements for Install Admin Candidates:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is a must
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication (phone, email & in-person)
- Experience with Louisiana parish permitting offices is a big plus
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation and valid Louisiana driver’s license preferred
- Detail-oriented with a true “get-it-done” attitude
What We Offer:
- Pay: $18–$21 per hour
- Consistent schedule, 2-week rotation. Work every other Saturday.
- We also pay 100% of the Health Insurance premium for our employees’ HMO plan (employee only coverage)
