Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations
- Oversee daily operations across assigned locations to ensure performance, compliance, and service standards are met
- Partner with site leaders to drive results, improve processes, and resolve operational challenges
- Identify trends across locations and implement scalable solutions
People Management
- Lead, coach, and support site leaders and managers to build strong, accountable teams
- Address employee relations issues, performance concerns, and corrective actions in partnership with HR
- Support hiring, onboarding, engagement, and retention efforts across the region
- Model leadership expectations and reinforce company culture
Strategy & Execution
- Execute company initiatives consistently across all locations
- Communicate expectations clearly and ensure alignment between leadership and field teams
- Use data and feedback to guide decisions and improvements
Compliance & Accountability
- Ensure locations follow company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
- Hold leaders accountable for performance, attendance, conduct, and results
- Escalate risks and challenges proactively with solutions in mind
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience leading multi-site teams or operations
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Comfortable handling difficult conversations and performance management
- Organized, decisive, and able to manage competing priorities
- Willingness to travel as needed within the region (Louisiana)
