What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct in-home consultations with residential customers (appointments set for you)
- Educate homeowners and build estimates on HVAC system replacement
- Recommend and sell top-tier HVAC systems
- Educate customers on financing options
- Collaborate with install and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Track sales activity and performance using ServiceTitan CRM
Key Sub Tasks
- Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
- Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
- Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team.
- Create confidant buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing.
- Get potential customers excited about Keefe’s A/C, Heating & Electrical and encourage them to spread the word.
- Become an expert of your market area, know the customer needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proven closer with experience in B2C, in-home, or home improvement sales
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Goal-oriented, self-starter with a high sense of ownership
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Passionate about delivering value and building relationships
