For more than 45 years, Kedron Valley Veterinary Clinic has provided exceptional veterinary care to pets and their families throughout our community. We take pride in building lasting relationships with our clients and creating a welcoming, compassionate environment for every pet that comes through our doors.
What You'll Do
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for pets and their owners. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Answering phones and assisting clients with questions and appointment requests
- Scheduling and managing appointments
- Maintaining accurate client and patient records
- Processing payments and handling transactions
- Providing home-care instructions and follow-up information
- Promoting and educating clients about pet food, preventive care products, and other retail offerings
- Supporting our veterinary team with day-to-day administrative tasks
What We're Looking For
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Comfort using computers and learning veterinary software systems
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy environment
- A genuine love for animals and commitment to client care
- Previous veterinary receptionist experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Schedule
- Full-time preferred; part-time applicants will be considered
- Saturday availability is required
- Clinic hours:
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
