The Strategic Commercial Revenue & Insights Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving commercial strategy through data-driven insights, scenario planning, and cross-functional collaboration. This role focuses on optimizing revenue performance by leveraging a deep understanding of gross-to-net dynamics, market access trends, and commercial data.
The Analyst partners closely with Marketing, Corporate accounts, Sales, and Business Intelligence teams to support strategic initiatives, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance decision-making across the organization for revenue operations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Revenue Insights & Gross-to-Net Optimization
- Must be able to drive commercial revenue operations from concept to implementation by working proactively and meeting deadlines for implementation of revenue operations.
- Deliver strategic insights that inform pricing, contracting, and access strategies through gross-to-net modeling and scenario analysis.
- Translate complex gross-to-net components into actionable recommendations for commercial leadership.
- Identify revenue optimization opportunities by analyzing trends, market shifts, and customer behavior.
-Evaluate market landscape and partner with consultants to build best-in-class market access strategies that drive value to the Kedrion portfolio
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Partnership
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales Operations, Market Access, and Finance to align on revenue goals and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure accurate, timely data exchange and alignment on strategic initiatives.
- Support strategic planning cycles by contributing to long-range forecasting, brand planning, and business reviews for Gross to Nets.
Government Program Strategy Support
- Provide strategic input into the impact of government pricing programs (Medicaid, Medicare Part B, 340B, etc.) on commercial performance.
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure readiness for audits and evolving policy state pricing requirements.
- Monitor policy changes and assess their potential impact on gross-to-net and commercial strategy.
Data-Driven Decision Support
- Develop and maintain dashboards and tools (e.g., Power BI) that provide visibility into revenue performance, rebate trends, and strategic KPIs.
- Ensure data integrity across commercial systems and master data to support accurate reporting and strategic planning.
- Lead initiatives to improve data quality, streamline reporting processes, and enhance forecasting capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare analytics; experience with gross-to-net or government pricing programs preferred.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into business insights.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI); experience with scenario modeling a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Salary : $80,000 - $115,000
