About the Role:
Kyle Erwin Construction is looking for a hardworking and dependable Oilfield Roustabout to join our field operations team in Boyd, Texas. This position plays a key role in supporting oilfield activities by handling general labor, equipment maintenance, and site preparation. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the construction, maintenance, and repair of oilfield equipment and infrastructure
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment on-site
- Help install and maintain tanks, valves, pumps, and pipelines
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively with the team
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Requirements:
- Must be at least 25 years old
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL preferred)
- Prior oilfield or construction experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willing to work long hours, including weekends or overtime as needed
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude
