Position Summary
As a Cashier / Guest Experience Team Member, you'll be the first and last impression our guests have of Kebab Grill. You'll welcome guests with a positive attitude, accurately take orders, process payments, and help ensure every customer enjoys a great dining experience.
What You'll Do
- Welcome every guest with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Accurately take dine-in, takeout, and online orders.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process payments.
- Answer guest questions about menu items and make recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front counter.
- Assist with packaging food orders accurately.
- Restock beverages, utensils, and front-of-house supplies.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
- Help create a positive team environment.
What We're Looking For

- Basic math and cash-handling abilities.

- Restaurant or retail experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
