Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist advisors and operations team members with client service and operational requests.
- Help facilitate monetary, maintenance, and paperwork requests through the firm’s CRM.
- Monitor pending new accounts and account transfers.
- Assist with communications involving custodians and back-office providers.
- Accurately record client communications and service activity in the CRM.
- Monitor client cash levels and investment allocations.
- Assist with client onboarding activities.
- Support special projects, including client appreciation events and other team initiatives.
- Develop a working knowledge of the firm’s investment philosophy and operational procedures.
- Track assigned projects and follow up on outstanding items.
During the internship, the candidate will have the opportunity to:
- Gain practical experience supporting financial advisors and their clients.
- Learn how investment accounts are opened, transferred, maintained, and serviced.
- Develop familiarity with CRM systems, custodial platforms, and financial planning software.

- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, business, economics, accounting, or a related field.

- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technology.
