- 3 days/week onsite(Tues/wed/thru)

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: 10 years of experience in SAP Project Management (Fixed Price, Milestone, and T&M/Staffing).
- SAP Background: Preferred 5 years of SAP experience in a functional or technical (non-PM) role.
- Project Ownership: Manage end-to-end delivery and "roll up your sleeves" when necessary.
- Oversight: Lead the execution phase from design and build to testing and post-go-live support.
- Customer Leadership: Manage steering committee meetings and program-level discussions.
- Governance & Quality: Establish effective program governance and ensure adherence to internal Delivery Excellence processes.
- Profitability: Maintain account healthy margins (Sold vs. Delivered).
- Mentorship: Mentor junior Project Managers and manage internal/external partner collaborations.
