Banquet Supervisor
Location: Kearney, NE
Younes Hospitality is seeking a full-time Banquet Supervisor to oversee banquet operations at our three conference centers, which host conferences, meetings, weddings, and special events.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead banquet servers during events
- Train, schedule, and assign staff
- Ensure exceptional guest service and smooth event execution
- Address guest and employee concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate and oversee multiple events simultaneously
- Maintain high standards of service, safety, and professionalism
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Positive, self-motivated, and hands-on work style
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous banquet, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred
Schedule
Younes Hospitality operates seven days a week. Supervisors work on a rotating schedule based on business needs, with shifts adjusted as necessary to support event operations.
