What are the responsibilities and job description for the New Business Sales Representative position at Keane HR Consulting (Recruiter)?
New Business Sales Representative
Your next great sales pitch could start with a sample kit.
Can you turn “Just looking, thanks” into a real conversation—and a real conversation into a sale? Do you enjoy picking up the phone, opening doors and closing deals?
We should talk.
Our client, Peleman USA is hiring New Business Sales Representatives who bring confidence, curiosity and follow-through. You’ll build new business, convert interested prospects into paying customers and sell physical products people can actually hold. Yes, your demos can involve something other than sharing your screen.
A company with history. Products with impact.
Since 1939, Peleman Industries has transformed printed pages into premium finished products. We work in 120 countries, and 90% of our solutions are patented.
Our thermal binding systems turn everyday printed materials into polished, professional products in minutes—from real estate listing presentations and custom bound documents to photo books and memorial keepsakes.
Our U.S. business is growing through pelemanusa.com and a FREE Sample Kit program that puts our products directly into prospects’ hands. Your job? Help them discover what’s possible—and turn that interest into their first paid order.
What you’ll do
You’ll own the sales process from first conversation to close, working across real estate, funeral services and copy/print shops.
- Find new customers. Prospect by phone, email, LinkedIn and in person. Build your pipeline instead of waiting for it to magically appear.
- Follow up while interest is fresh. Contact assigned sample kit leads within 24 hours, understand their needs and guide them toward their first order.
- Show, explain and close. Lead discovery conversations and product demos, recommend the right machine and covers, prepare quotes and win business.
- Keep your pipeline moving. Record activity in our custom CRM, maintain clear next steps and forecast accurately. “I think they liked me” is a feeling, not a forecast.
- Grow what you start. Turn first purchases into repeat orders and individual customers into office-wide or group accounts.
- Learn your buyers. Understand how our products help real estate professionals present their work, funeral providers create meaningful keepsakes and print shops add finishing services.
Marketing supports the top of the funnel, Klaviyo nurtures sample requesters, and our CRM connects directly to Shopify so you can see what prospects have ordered and when.
What you bring
You’re comfortable starting conversations, asking good questions and hearing objections without losing momentum. You care about results, manage your time well and know that follow-up is part of selling—not an optional hobby.
We’re looking for:
- 2–5 years of sales experience with a quota, with a record of meeting or exceeding monthly or quarterly goals.
- Charisma, confidence and conversational skills that help you adapt to different buyers.
- Experience in sales environments such as retail, telemarketing, carrier sales or car sales, where persuasion and timely closing matter. Formal B2B sales experience is not required.
- Skills in discovery, consultative selling, product demonstrations, objection handling and clear writing.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email sequencing and LinkedIn/Sales Navigator.
- Knowledge of real estate, title or mortgage, funeral services, memorial products or commercial printing is a plus.
Be ready to share your sales results. We like a good story, and we like the numbers behind it, too.
