Kean Miller is seeking a Copy Center Coordinator to join our team in New Orleans. This is a full-time in-office position in our downtown office.

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Coordinates copy and print jobs as well as scan and fax jobs
- Operate and maintain digital printing equipment supplies and work areas throughout the office
- Ensure all printed materials are quality assured to meet standards
- Ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliver internal mail
- Works closely with support staff and vendors to troubleshoot and assist with copiers
- Ensures office supplies are stocked in copy room and at all copy hubs
- Ensures conference rooms are neat, stocked and ready each day
- Orders, receives and stocks supplies throughout office
- Maintain back stock supplies
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Candidate must be professional in attitude and appearance
- Strong attention to detail, quality and organization
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills, detail-oriented, must be willing to learn AV equipment
- Able to lift 35 lbs. with ease
- Must possess clean driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel
- 2 years’ experience in professional office setting; prior experience in a law firm or copy center environment a plus
- Hours required are 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
