About the Position
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Sales & Administrative Assistant to join our credit repair and debt settlement company. This position combines administrative support, client account management, customer support, software administration, and sales.
The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with clients, explaining programs clearly, working with CRM and other software systems, managing multiple accounts, handling administrative tasks, and confidently converting incoming leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Create and manage client profiles in credit monitoring, CRM, and other software platforms.
- Explain our credit repair and debt settlement programs clearly and walk clients through each step of the process.
- Maintain regular communication with onboarded clients and provide updates regarding their programs.
- Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure information and documentation remain accurate and up to date.
- Provide general administrative support to management and the team as needed.
- Update spreadsheets, CRM systems, and other company software with client and sales information.
- Organize and maintain client records, documents, and administrative files.
- Participate in live calls with incoming leads and convert qualified prospects into sales.
- Conduct sales and client meetings through Zoom or Google Meet when needed.
- Follow up with leads and prospective clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and account status.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
- Work closely with management and other team members to ensure clients receive a smooth onboarding and service experience.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in sales, administrative support, customer service, and/or account management required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, video call, and other communication platforms.
- Must be comfortable working with computers, software applications, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online platforms.
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple software systems efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and administrative tasks simultaneously.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Self-motivated, dependable, professional, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work a full-time 40-hour work week.
