Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Catering Sales Admin to support our sales team and enhance client experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in food service, catering, or hospitality and a passion for detail, service, and organization. You’ll play a key role in client communication, proposal preparation, event coordination, and general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with client communications, proposals, and follow-ups
- Prepare customized quotes, contracts, and event confirmations
- Coordinate event details with kitchen and delivery teams
- Manage calendars, schedule tastings, and organize client meetings
- Maintain accurate client records, files, and CRM data
- Answer phones and respond promptly to email inquiries
- Support marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and promotional materials
- Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (experience with catering or CRM software is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-service mindset with a positive, team-first attitude
