Senior Software Engineer | Up to $160k Bonus | Chattanooga – Hybrid (1 day a week initially, then ad-hoc)

The Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer to take ownership of building and enhancing a next-generation messaging platform at scale. You’ll be hands-on across architecture, development, and deployment, while also mentoring others and shaping best practices in a fast-paced environment.

• Architect, design, and deliver impactful software solutions
• Lead full lifecycle development in a modern, agile setting
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to refine and deliver features
• Build scalable, backend-heavy systems and sleek, responsive UIs
• Mentor junior developers and drive engineering excellence
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering culture

Your Experience

We’re looking for a full-stack engineer with strong backend expertise and proven experience working in cloud-native environments at scale.

• Expert knowledge of C# .NET / .NET Core and Angular
• Strong background in designing and building REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with Azure, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control (Git/GitHub)
• Problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, product-driven environment

Desirable:

• Experience in CPaaS / multi-channel messaging platforms (SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, Voice, Email)
• Exposure to micro-SPA frontend architecture
• Background working in diverse, international teams
