What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop two engineering squads, setting direction, driving delivery, and creating a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Shape and execute technical strategy across cloud-native applications, integrations, and scalable architectures.
• Work closely with product, architecture, and operations to deliver high-quality, secure, and reliable software.
• Champion engineering excellence – CI/CD, testing culture, and modern agile practices.
• Provide mentorship and career development opportunities to talented engineers, ensuring the team continues to grow with the business.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, Head of Engineering, or Director-level leader, ideally in a SaaS or product-led environment.
• Strong background in C# .NET and Azure, with experience leading API development and system integrations.
• Track record of building and scaling engineering teams, driving agile delivery, and embedding engineering best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills – able to inspire teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Flexibility to be on-site in Chattanooga once per week initially (with reduced frequency over time).
