Overview
KDR Real Estate Services is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Coordinator to support land acquisition and right of way efforts. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience who also has exposure to real estate transactions, title work, or land-related projects.
This position plays a critical role in keeping projects organized, compliant, and moving forward—working closely with internal teams, external partners, and, at times, government entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across real estate and land acquisition projects
- Review, organize, and maintain property and title-related documentation
- Assist with tracking easements, deeds, and related agreements
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure timely project progress
- Support communication and documentation with state and local government entities, as needed
- Maintain accurate records, files, and reporting related to project status
- Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and general project coordination
Qualifications
- 2 years of administrative experience, ideally within real estate, legal, or land-related environments
- Exposure to title work, property records, or land acquisition processes preferred
- Familiarity with easements, deeds, or right of way concepts is a plus
- Experience working with or supporting government-related projects (state/local) is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and professional communication skills
