Position: Senior Manager - Chemaid Client Service /Supply Chain
Department: Planning
Reporting Structure: Reports to Director, Materials Management
Reporting to this position: No direct reports
BASIC FUNCTION
Responsible for providing Customer service to all ChemAid Laboratories, Inc. customers by utilizing excellent in-depth knowledge of industry products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primary contact for all P&G customer-related inquiries.
- Create and maintain status charts inclusive of CRA Reporting, Yield Projects, Raw Material Lead Times, and Yield Costing.
- Assist Finance with Pricing Quotations.
- Create and maintain weekly Production Analysis.
- Attend required daily/monthly meetings to review upcoming production schedules.
- Use independent judgment in resolving scheduling discrepancies with planning and purchasing departments.
- Negotiate the purchase of miscellaneous production items such as corrugates, shrink sleeves and related.
- Provide support to accounting department in the resolution of invoicing discrepancies/issues with P&G.
- Obtain missing documentation, when necessary, from P&G vendors for receiving processing.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- While performing duties of job, the employee is occasionally required to walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle and feel objects; reach with hands arms, balance, stoop, talk or hear. Specific vision requirements for the use of computer monitors include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.
EDUCATION / TRAINING
- High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 5 years experience within the cosmetic/personal care industry customer relations.
This position is classified as exempt.

Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
