Responsibilities
- Manages the development, modification, and implementation of production schedule.
- Develops and modifies production schedule and coordinates all related supportactivities through the manufacturing, testing and approval process
- Lead the daily Production meeting.
- Identify risks to on time delivery, drive countermeasures, and communicate/escalaterisks and countermeasures to leadership.
- Resolves conflicting priorities and manufacturing problems that may impact timelyproduct delivery to our customers.
- Develop, communicate, and measure performance of firm manufacturing schedule.
- Work with Production to assign resources by day, by shift.
- Monitors, records, and report on the status of production activities
- Lead root cause analysis of wins and losses.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement of QCDISME.
- Provide analysis to identify constraints and support long-term capacity planning.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to interact with all levels in all departments.
- Must have basic Math skills.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Project Management.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated.
