Full-Time Position | Reports To: QC Lab Manager

What You’ll Do:
- Lead day-to-day operations in the QC Lab, supporting both analytical and microbiology testing.
- Coach and mentor lab staff to meet performance goals and uphold quality standards.
- Review product testing results and communicate any out-of-spec findings.
- Maintain lab equipment and inventory and recommend upgrades to boost efficiency.
- Conduct investigations into lab errors, safety incidents, and quality deviations.
- Oversee training to ensure all lab staff follow SOPs, Work Instructions, and cGMPs.
- Test incoming raw materials and finished products using equipment like GC, HPLC, and FTIR.
- Prepare Certificates of Analysis and manage product releases in SAP.
- Collaborate across departments to improve lab processes and support special projects.
🎯 What We need from You:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or a related science field (required)
- 3 years of lab experience in a manufacturing setting
- Leadership experience (strongly preferred)
- Knowledge of FDA GMPs, OSHA safety standards, aseptic sampling, and SAP
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to train others, multitask, and operate scientific lab equipment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Requires standing, walking, reaching, and color/scent identification for testing
