Facilities Technician - Second Shift - kdc/one Columbus

Shift: Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm
Pay range: $25-32/hr based on experience

• What You’ll Be Doing

Every day will be different (and never boring!). You’ll:
✔ Keep facility equipment running smoothly through routine inspections and preventive maintenance
✔ Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems
✔ Handle welding, soldering, carpentry, and general facility repairs
✔ Read blueprints, SOPs, and work instructions to complete jobs safely and correctly
✔ Operate tools and powered industrial equipment like a pro
✔ Order parts and keep maintenance records up to date
✔ Support a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
✔ Jump in where needed — teamwork makes the dream work!

• What We’re Looking For

You’ll be successful in this role if you have:
✅ A high school diploma or GED
✅ At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
✅ Skills in electrical work, plumbing, welding, carpentry, and troubleshooting
✅ Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and GMP environments (bonus!)
✅ A strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and positive attitude
