Description / Scope / Mission
Responsible for orientating and training all Filling Department new hires to company policies and all position duties in production, Assembly, Line Leader, etc., to produce a quality product at specified quantities in a safe and cost-effective manner while making new hire feel part of the team.

Education / Certification / Qualifications / Experience
- Must be able to read, write and understand basic English.
- One or more years of experience as a Trainer in a production/manufacturing environment.
- Must be personable, work well with others and possess good communicate skills.

- Walk; reach above shoulders; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl up to one-third of the time.
- Stand (all 8 hours of the shift or overtime as required); use hands to finger, handle or touch; and talk or hear 2/3 and more of the time.
- Lift or force to be exerted up to 10 pounds 2/3 and more of the time.
- Lift or force to be exerted up to 25 pounds 1/3 to 2/3 of the time.
- Lift or force to be exerted up to 50 pounds 1/3 of the time or less.
- Palletizing – up to 10 feet carrying full cartons and stacking them on a pallet. Also, dumping bottles, dumping a box of empty bottles into the hopper. Sometimes boxes are large and awkward – may have to lift overhead.
- Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less).
- Distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more).
- Hand taper and possibly safety knife 1/3 to 2/3 of the time.
- Exposure to various chemicals 2/3 and more of the time.
- Work near moving mechanical parts 2/3 and more of the time.
- Moderate noise level 2/3 of the time during normal line duties.
- Loud noise level 1/3 of the time from running motors form surrounding machinery.
- PPE is required on specific jobs and when PPE is required, the LOI will specify what is needed.
