We are looking for skilled Maintenance Supervisors to join the team at a dynamic and expanding food & beverage manufacturer. The people in these positions will help drive reliable plant operations and support a workplace centered on engagement, teamwork, and safety. This role leads day-to-day equipment and facility maintenance while coordinating improvement projects, preventative efforts, and safety priorities throughout the plant. Open roles include both 1st and 2nd shift.

Job Responsibilities:
- Leads the daily activities of the maintenance team and provides regular updates to site leadership.
- Supports production and other operational groups by ensuring equipment reliability and addressing mechanical issues that impact performance.
- Promotes a positive, safety-driven work environment with an emphasis on training, development, and team engagement.
- Reviews maintenance requests, prioritizes work, and assigns tasks to the appropriate personnel, ensuring timely completion and follow-through.
- Plans and executes maintenance and facility improvement projects in alignment with site priorities.
- Oversees parts inventory, purchasing, and vendor interactions, with a focus on operational efficiency and cost control.
- Assists with workforce scheduling to ensure adequate coverage for planned work and ongoing activities.
- Maintains compliance with site quality, safety, and sanitation standards through proper execution of maintenance duties and adherence to established practices.
- Supports internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records, procedures, and maintenance documentation.
- Provides hands-on support as needed to supplement the maintenance team during absences or high-demand periods.
- Recruits, trains, supervises, and develops maintenance personnel to build a skilled and effective team.
- Develops and maintains maintenance-related policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Reviews service agreements and contractor performance, offering recommendations to site leadership as needed.
- Designs, implements, and updates preventative maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability.
- Oversees and coordinates contractors performing work on-site to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or plant environment; a technical associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- At least three years of leadership experience overseeing maintenance teams or technical staff.
- Background in food, beverage, or other regulated production environments is helpful but not required.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, along with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
- Familiarity with PLCs, controls, troubleshooting, and industrial refrigeration systems is advantageous.
- Proven experience coordinating with external vendors, service providers, and contractors.
