Position Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees daily maintenance operations within the distribution center to ensure equipment, facilities, and systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. This role provides hands-on leadership to a team of technicians, supports preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and partners with operations to minimize downtime and maintain a productive warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
o Prioritize and assign daily work orders, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
o Monitor performance, conduct evaluations, and support employee development.
o Ensure compliance with OSHA, ADA, and company safety standards.
o Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
o Utilize the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking work orders, parts usage, and maintenance history.
o Support capital projects, upgrades, and equipment installations.
o Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area.
o Participate in safety audits and corrective action planning.
o Communicate shift updates and report major issues to management.
o Support budgeting, cost control, and parts inventory management.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school certification preferred.
- 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a distribution, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
- 1–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Proficient with CMMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends, as needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and work at heights for extended periods.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
