Director of Foodservice Sales

We are looking for an experienced sales leader to build and drive brand presence across foodservice and on-premise channels — including universities, corporate campuses, travel retail, and convenience. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help shape channel strategy, secure national partnerships, and accelerate distribution of our fast-growing portfolio. Our client manufactures their branded frozen novelties and for private label.

Must be located east of the Mississippi**

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead channel strategy and execution across higher education, corporate dining, travel retail, and convenience store networks.
• Build and expand relationships with major foodservice operators (Compass, Aramark, Sodexo) and distributors (Sysco, US Foods, etc.).
• Identify and secure new distribution and partnership opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Negotiate pricing programs, promotional plans, and distribution agreements that meet profitability goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to align forecasts, product launches, and account priorities.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to guide innovation and channel development.
• Participate in key trade shows, distributor events, and customer meetings.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• 10 years of sales experience within foodservice, or on-premise channels, ideally in frozen, snack, or natural categories
• You will bring in existing relationships with major foodservice operators and distributors.
• Proven ability to drive growth across complex, multi-tiered distribution networks.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
