We’re seeking an experienced Concrete Project Manager to lead an on-site, $3.5 million concrete project in Rolla, Missouri. You’ll oversee all phases of construction—planning, scheduling, and cost management ensuring KCI’s standards for safety, quality, and performance are met.

- Lead all aspects of the project to ensure safety, quality and daily progress.
- Manage budgets, change orders, and project documentation to ensure profitability.
- Partner closely with the Superintendent to coordinate self-performed concrete crews.
- Build strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to keep the project on schedule.
- A hands-on leader who understands self-performed concrete construction.
- A strong communicator and collaborator who builds trust across teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities on site.
- Committed to doing things the right way—with integrity, safety, and quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of experience managing concrete or heavy civil projects.
- Proven success managing self-performed concrete structures, piers, footings, foundations, slabs, walls, etc.
- Strong scheduling and cost management skills.
- Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, HCSS, and Vista a plus.
