Key Responsibilities

- Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of carpenters, laborers, and
superintendent daily to generate the days activities to include in the JSA and then
present the JSA to the team.
- Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training to carpenters and assist
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the performance of team members and provide

- Project Planning: Collaborate with superintendent to plan and schedule work
- Resource Allocation: Use HCSS to track and manage material quantities. Manage
- Coordination: Coordinate work with other trades and subcontractors to ensure
