- Support the day-to-day management of construction activities on site.
- Coordinate and track submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
- Monitor production on self-performed work and assist with scheduling.
- Attend and document progress meetings; prepare project status reports.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including as-builts and close-out materials.
- Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues.
- Assist with cost tracking and project schedule updates.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience supporting large-scale commercial or design-build projects.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Experience with P6 and Vista a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a commitment to safety and excellence.
- Ability to work on a construction site for the duration of the project.
