Busy construction firm in Santa Ana seeks an immediate temporary accounting specialist to join the team.

Duties include:

  • Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable in ComputerEase
  • Managing daily accounting tasks
  • Assisting with onboarding of new employess
  • Compliance paperwork
  • Processing payroll through Paychex
  • Following up on vendor inquiries
  • Accessing licenses and permits through the city
  • Ad-Hoc Projects

Experience:

  • Recent hands on accounting experience
  • Construction accounting or office management a plus
  • ComputerEase Software
  • Paychex payroll


This role will start immediately on a temporary basis
