We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to lead and scale marketing for a fast-growing IT Services and Digital Transformation organization. This role is responsible for building enterprise brand credibility, driving demand across complex sales cycles, and enabling revenue growth through tightly aligned sales and marketing strategies across global markets.

The Marketing Director will own the end-to-end marketing charter for an IT Services business, spanning brand positioning, industry marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution.

A critical aspect of this role is leading and collaborating with offshore marketing teams and agency partners to execute scalable, cost-effective, and high-impact global marketing programs

🔑 Core Marketing Areas You Will Own (IT Services Focus)

Brand & Positioning

• Define and evolve enterprise brand narrative and differentiated value propositions

• Position complex IT services (Digital Transformation, Data & AI, Cloud, Platforms, Managed Services) for enterprise buyers

Industry & Vertical Marketing

• Build targeted marketing strategies for priority industries such as BFSI, CPG, Manufacturing etc

• Develop industry-specific POVs, case studies, solution messaging, and GTM playbooks

Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

• Lead multi-channel demand generation and ABM programs for enterprise accounts

• Drive integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, webinars, and partnerships

• Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline

Agency & Campaign Management

• Partner with external marketing agencies (digital, content, PR, media, creative) to execute end-to-end campaigns

• Define briefs, budgets, KPIs, timelines, and success metrics

• Manage agency-led initiatives including SEO/SEM, paid media, ABM, branding, and content syndication

• Track performance and optimize ROI

Offshore Team & Global Delivery Management (Mandatory)

• Lead and collaborate with offshore marketing teams (in-house or agency-based) across global delivery centers

• Establish operating models, workflows, SLAs, and governance for offshore execution

• Ensure quality, consistency, timelines, and alignment with brand and GTM strategy

• Enable effective cross-time-zone collaboration

Sales Enablement & GTM

• Develop sales enablement assets, RFP support content, and client-facing collateral

• Partner with Sales leadership to improve win rates, deal velocity, and account expansion

Digital Marketing & Thought Leadership

• Own website, content, social, and digital campaign strategy

• Establish executive and organizational thought leadership in digital transformation

Marketing Technology, Analytics & ROI

• Own CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and performance dashboards

• Measure funnel performance, CAC, ROI, and campaign effectiveness

Team Leadership

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing onshore and offshore marketing teams

• Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership

✅ Candidate Requirements

• 10–12 years of B2B marketing experience, with 3 years in a senior leadership role

• Mandatory: Marketing leadership experience in IT Services / Digital Transformation organizations

• Mandatory: Prior experience working with offshore marketing teams (in-house or agency)

• Proven experience managing external agencies for enterprise marketing campaigns

• Strong understanding of long-cycle B2B sales and enterprise buying journeys

• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

• Highly analytical, metrics-driven, and hands-on approach
