- Possess the ability to maintain flexible schedule to meet the demands of the department.
- Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
- Possess the ability to establish effective working relationships.
- Ability to use tact and empathy in dealing with people of varied backgrounds
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment and plan and organize workload.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (computer literate)
- Is able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Trustworthy- Able to keep business confidences as required
- Open minded- Willing to embrace change.
