Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Crystal Lake, IL, for an Accounting Supervisor. The Accounting Supervisor will oversee financial reporting, prepare and analyze financial statements, manage accounting software and systems, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and lead a team to maintain accurate financial records. The role involves identifying areas for financial improvement, preparing budgets, and supporting decision-making processes to ensure the company’s financial efficiency and growth.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Proven Analytical and Finance skills to support problem-solving and decision-making
- Proficiency in Accounting Software and other financial tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Prior experience in a supervisory accounting or finance role is preferred
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal financial regulations is an advantage
