Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accounting Assistant role based in Crystal Lake, IL. The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for supporting the finance team by managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, assisting with bookkeeping tasks, and maintaining accounting records using relevant software. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with team members to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting, and supporting the overall financial health of the company.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting principles and hands-on experience with Accounting Software and systems.
- Background in Bookkeeping and basic Finance operations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is a plus.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar accounting or finance role is advantageous.
