We’re seeking a Restaurant Manager and General Manager to join our leadership team of restaurants. You’ll lead high-quality dining programs, inspire our people, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. Our restaurants are located in the Greater Kansas City area.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations to deliver consistent, exceptional experiences.
- Drive superior service, maximize guest satisfaction, and respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback.
- Manage inventory planning for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning supplies; anticipate needs for events and peak times.
- Ensure strict adherence to sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety regulations.
- Promote a positive restaurant image; identify opportunities to elevate our brand and guest perception.
- Monitor and control operational costs, reduce waste, and implement efficient processes.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team; coach staff to maintain high service standards during busy periods.
- Collaborate with events and sales teams to optimize private-room bookings and event execution.
