Front Desk Receptionist
Job Description:
KC CORE is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This person will be responsible for checking patients in and scheduling patients, collecting co-pays, completing patient paperwork, answering phone calls and emails and assisting the chiropractors as needed. They must be able to follow HIPPA guidelines at all times. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, and have basic knowledge of Word, Gmail, Excel, and a multi-line phone system. Pay will be based on experience level with potential for pay increase with on the job experience. Reliability is key and a must!
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and create a welcoming and comfortable environment.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails and answer questions effectively or scheduling appropriately.
- Provide general information about the facility and answer questions regarding policies, procedures, and answers general office-related questions.
- Perform administrative functions including filing, scanning, photocopying, faxing, copying, data entry.
- Maintain office filing system for records and documentation.
- Maintain office supplies inventory.
- Assist in maintaining the organization of the front desk area.
- Assist in maintaining the appearance of the facility and surrounding areas.
- Provide administrative support to the Chiropractors as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills:
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
·Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
·Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Gmail.
