WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 10 years of classroom teaching experience in high school chemistry
- Proven ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Experience designing effective assessments, demonstrations, and lab activities
- Genuine passion for chemistry and a desire to share that with students
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Focus On What You Do Best: Inspiring Students
- Curriculum planning — collaborate with instructional designers to outline lessons and learning objectives
- Assessment development — work with our team to design assessments that gauge whether students truly understand the lesson
- Problem-solving — identify areas where students struggle and create targeted lessons that address those misconceptions
- Collaboration — work alongside other educators, presenters, and designers to create engaging content
WHAT SETS THIS POSITION APART:
- No grading papers or managing classroom behavior
- No dealing with standardized testing pressures or administrative red tape
- No nights or weekends — Monday–Friday, 8–5.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary: $90,000 — $120,000 based on experience and credentials
