Job Description
- Oversee new account openings, funding, distributions, and account closings
- Review trust documents and maintain accurate account records
- Partner with Account Managers to administer account events and client requests
- Review and approve client disbursements and coordinate special administration projects
- Conduct annual administrative reviews and monitor account milestones
- Support the Director of Operations and Administration with departmental initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5 years of trust administration experience
- Knowledge of trusts, estates, fiduciary, and individual tax requirements
- Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) preferred
- Experience with trust accounting systems and custodial platforms preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
