Responsibilities Include
- Leverage technology to streamline current processes, improve financial reporting, and identify trends across the business
- Enhance and maintain various key management reports and forecast models for the capital formation business
- Identify and articulate key trends and drivers of change
- Work across functions to support the annual capital formation budget process
- Develop and assist with capital formation analytics, including full P&L
- Assist in modeling to support various pricing initiatives
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly Board materials
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategy, consulting, or related field
- Experience in asset management and/or fund product economics, a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with large data sets, technology and reporting software and/or large ERP systems preferred
- Exposure to Salesforce or CRM systems a plus
