The Senior Accountant will report to the Accounting Manager, and assist with all corporate accounting functions. The Senior Accountant will perform the following:

KBW has formed a strategic partnership with a large organization based out of Middleborough, MA that is actively looking to add a Senior Accountant to their growing team! The Senior Accountant will report to the Accounting Manager, and assist with all corporate accounting functions. The Senior Accountant will perform the following:
- Conducts month-end general ledger reconciliations to ensure accurate recognition for the month
- Compile and/or assess financial statements for month-end and quarter-end periods
- Guarantees adherence to GAAP standards
- Contributes to annual audits and quarterly reviews by supplying reports for relevant areas
- Examines reconciliations for designated groups to ensure accuracy and consistency, and identifies any discrepancies
- Offers suggestions for enhancing the reporting process
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain the general ledger
- Assist with audit preparations
