Pricing Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Pricing Analyst to join a fast-paced and collaborative finance team. This newly created role will play a critical part in shaping pricing strategy and supporting margin optimization across global operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manufacturing environments, solid product costing knowledge, and the ability to work cross-functionally. This is an exciting opportunity with high visibility and room for growth. This position is based in Middlesex County.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth margin analysis by SKU, customer, and region to uncover trends and recommend pricing adjustments
• Review and validate pricing requests to ensure alignment with profitability and strategic objectives
• Own global pricing support for both Customer P&L and Product P&L across U.S., U.K., and India
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to analyze pricing structures and cost drivers
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend actions to improve turnover and reduce slow-moving items
• Lead administration of rebate programs including modeling, tracking, and financial analysis
• Develop pricing models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
• Support the continuous improvement of pricing processes, tools, and governance standards
