- Lead monthly close, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Oversee general accounting, cost accounting, inventory, and internal controls.
- Analyze manufacturing costs, margins, spending, and working capital to identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with plant leadership to support business decisions, pricing, capital investments, and profitability initiatives.
- Manage audits and ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting requirements.
- Improve finance processes, standardize workflows, and leverage Microsoft Copilot and approved automation tools to increase efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and develop the local Finance team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Seven or more years of progressive accounting or controlling experience, including manufacturing and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting, inventory, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, audits, and process improvement.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and business-partnering skills.
