- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience in banking
- Prior experience as a Loan Officer
- Bilingual
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Educate borrowers on available loan products and financing options.
- Collect, review, and organize financial documents required for loan applications.
- Assist customers through the loan origination process from application to closing.
- Communicate regularly with borrowers, processors, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze basic financial information, credit reports, and income documentation.
- Ensure loan files meet company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing, referrals, and company partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records within the company’s CRM and loan origination systems.
- Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities.
