High-growth, global tech company seeking a Manager of Global Billing Operations to step in immediately and lead billing and AR functions. This role owns end-to-end billing, collections, and process optimization across a complex SaaS customer base.
What You’ll Do
- Lead global billing operations (100–150 invoices/week across 1,500 customers)
- Own invoicing lifecycle/process
- Manage AR, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution
- Partner with Deal Desk, RevOps, Sales, and Finance on contract-to-cash flow
- Drive process improvements, automation, and scalability
- Ensure SOX compliance, audit readiness, and controls
- Manage and mentor a team of 3
- 8 years in billing / finance ops (SaaS/tech preferred)
- 3 years of management experience
- Strong Order-to-Cash, AR, and collections background
- Experience with complex contracts and billing structures
- NetSuite and Salesforce experience (preferred)
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- ASC 606 Rev Rec experience
