Job Description/Responsibilities
- Supports the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of the Bank’s Enterprise Risk Management
- Monitors risk exposures against established risk appetite and tolerance levels
- Manages the dayto-day operational risk management program
- Monitors internal and external developments to identify new and evolving risks that could impact the Bank
- Prepares recurring risk reporting and analytics for management by maintaining risk dashboards and monitoring Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
- Supports risk oversight of the business continuity and operational resilience programs
- Oversees the Bank’s enterprise policy governance program
- Supports management during regulatory examination and independent audits by coordinating information requests
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, or related discipline, or equivalent experience, is required.
- 5 years of experience in banking, risk management, internal audit withing banking, compliance, operations, or a related financial services field.
