A $1B company in Boston is actively seeking a Director of Payroll Operations to join their team. The Director of Payroll Operations must have Workday payroll experience. The Director of Payroll Operations will report to the Sr. Director of HR.
This role can pay up to $170k plus bonus
This position is hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the payroll department
- Establish and maintain processes to ensure accurate payroll for over 10,000 team members
- Oversee multistate payroll processing
- Partner cross-functionally with the benefits, legal, IT, Finance, HR teams on various matters
Qualifications
- 5 years experience in a payroll management/director role
- CPP designation a plus
- Must have extensive knowledge in Workday payroll software
