Responsibilities
- Lead payroll operations across the U.S. and international locations.
- Manage and mentor the payroll team.
- Oversee U.S. payroll processing through ADP and coordinate international payrolls with external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international payroll regulations.
- Review payroll changes including new hires, terminations, compensation updates, and benefits deductions.
- Manage payroll tax reporting, audits, reconciliations, and year-end processes.
- Serve as the owner of payroll-related internal controls and compliance activities.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Accounting on payroll initiatives and employee inquiries.
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll systems, processes, and reporting.
- Support payroll system upgrades, testing, and implementations.
- Manage payroll impacts related to equity compensation programs.
- 10 years of payroll experience, including leadership experience within a global organization.
- Prior people management experience required.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations, payroll taxes, and international payroll practices.
- Experience managing multi-country payroll operations.
- ADP experience required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a process improvement mindset.
