Key Responsibilities
- Analyze product specifications to evaluate and determine standard costs
- Track and report on overhead, material, and labor costs
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends and key cost drivers
- Oversee inventory counts and valuation processes
- Evaluate CAPEX investments and perform ROI analysis
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal procedures
- Support cost forecasting and budgeting activities
- Assist with audit requests and documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 2 years of relevant cost accounting experience, preferably within manufacturing
- Strong experience working with large-scale ERP systems
