$175,000–$185,000 annually, depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, payroll, cash management, and account reconciliations
- Lead and manage the monthly and year-end close processes
- Prepare and review accurate and timely financial statements and management reporting
- Lead the annual audit process, serving as the primary point of contact for auditors
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data and reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and efficiency
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including prior supervisory or management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Active CPA required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, month-end close, and general accounting principles
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
$175,000–$185,000 annually, depending on experience
