Global professional services company outside of Boston is seeking a Controller to add to their team. This role will report directly into the CFO and oversee all areas of accounting operations, reporting, and controls. We are targeting candidates with 10 years of experience, ideally with a mix of public accounting and corporate.

- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and yearly close
- Prepare quarterly and annual reporting packages
- Support technical accounting areas such as revenue, business combinations, etc.
- Ensure compliance with industry and company standards
- Process improvement and optimization projects
- Manage a team of 4
- Other ad hoc projects with the CFO as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 10 years of experience, ideally a mix of public and corporate accounting
- CPA / MBA is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
