A growing, well-established credit union in Southern NH is seeking a Compliance Manager with deep regulatory, risk management, and operational compliance expertise. This role is critical to ensuring a strong compliance culture, robust internal controls, and accurate records management across the institution. This role is super hybrid.

- Manage and ensure compliance with all applicable credit union regulations, financial laws, and internal policies.
- Oversee IRA administration, tax form processing, abandoned property processing, and record retention/destruction.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all internal control reports.
- Review marketing materials for regulatory and internal-standards compliance.
- Conduct internal audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments as assigned.
- Provide guidance and interpretations of regulations to management and staff.
- Support member-facing teams with error resolution and compliance-related inquiries.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of the vendor management program.
- Make routine decisions on compliance issues and escalate risks appropriately.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in compliance or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of compliance experience within a credit union.
- Strong knowledge of credit union operations, regulations (NCUA, Reg E, Reg D, BSA, etc.), and compliance best practices.
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
